The Western Trial Lawyers Association (WTLA) will soon be hosting its 2019 Ski Seminar in Park City, Utah at the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. This annual conference is renowned among legal professionals for bringing together some of the industry’s leaders to share their insight and knowledge with all in attendance.

Scarlett Law Group of San Francisco is proud to announce our own Attorney Randall Scarlett has been invited to be a featured speaker at the 2019 WTLA Ski Seminar. He has been invited to talk about traumatic brain injury (TBI) case and claim management. As one of the country’s leading brain injury attorneys for plaintiffs, with multiple case results ranging well into the millions of dollars secured for clients, he will be able to share his experiences like few others could.

Important information about the WTLA Ski Seminar and Attorney Scarlett’s presentation:

  • Attorney Scarlett’s seminar: “Handling the TBI Cases: A Wholistic Approach”
  • Conference dates: Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 to Saturday, March 2nd, 2019
  • Location: Westgate Park City Resort & Spa
  • Address: 3000 Canyon Resort Drive, Park City, UT 84098

The careful management of a brain injury case is something that requires undivided attention from the very beginning to the final conclusion. Many personal injury attorneys of fame could still admit they are wary of TBI cases due to the inherent complications and necessary time commitment. With the clever “Wholistic Approach” shared by Attorney Scarlett, he hopes to instill a greater sense of TBI case management confidence in the attending legal professionals, as well as a real set of skills needed to take — and win — such important cases for their clients.
