Ceci McGraw
Ms. McGraw attended
law school at Hastings Law School and achieved her JD degree in 1989.
In 1986 Ms. McGraw clerked for the California Supreme Court. Ms. McGraw
received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State in 1985.
Ms. McGraw likewise obtained her Registered Nurses' Licensure from the
State of California in 1979. She worked extensively in OB/GYN and
Neonatology at UCSF from 1979 to 1984 and also worked in all other
phases of medicine at various hospitals from 1982 to 1984.
Mary Anne Scarlett
Ms. Scarlett obtained her JD in 1988 after attending
the University of San Francisco, and San Francisco Law School. She
received her Bachelors degree from the University of Santa Clara in
1977 after attending the University of Loyola in Chicago's extension
program abroad in Rome, Italy in 1976. She obtained a Paralegal
Certificate from San Francisco State University in the year 1982. Ms. Scarlett's legal experience include: Trying cases before the U.S. Magistrate as a law clerk during her second and third years of law school at the United States Attorneys' Office, San Francisco; law clerk for Manufacturers' Hanover Trust, San Francisco; and Long & Levitt, San Francisco. Ms. Scarlett is a member of ATLA, other affiliations include a current sustaining member of the Junior League of San Francisco, since 1991; an active member of the Fashion Show and Home Tour Fundraising Committee raising over $1,000,000 to fund the League Community Projects throughout the Bay Area, CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates since 1995 and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Scarlett works extensively on complex litigation matters, including the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Litigation. Ms. Scarlett assists in all phases of the firm's trial preparation and manages the firm's document and records depository.
Robert Ormiston
Mr. Ormiston attended undergraduate school at the
University of California, Davis where he received a B.A. Degree in
Political Science in 1982. Thereafter he attended Golden Gate
University School of Law in San Francisco where he received his J.D.
Degree with highest honors in 1985. Mr. Ormiston has been licensed to
practice law in the State of California since 1989. Mr. Ormiston is
also licensed with associate status in Virginia. Mr. Ormiston is a
member of the Association of Trial lawyers of America. Mr. Ormiston is
admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of California, and
the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern
Districts of California. Mr. Ormiston handles personal injury, auto accident, premises liability, toxic tort, contamination and mold, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases from initial contact through trial. Mr. Ormiston is also experienced with real estate, business and commercial transaction matters. Mr. Ormiston is a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Ormiston also has experience with business litigation, purchase/sales transactions, leases, broker and owner misrepresentation, nondisclosure, and fraud, property management, construction, and construction defect matters. Janet Ho
Janet graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. Degree in Statistics. She decided to pursue her career in the legal field and has assisted attorneys to work on litigation cases mainly in the area of personal injury. She is eager to explore the legal field and gain legal experience in the Scarlett Law Group. Janet works as a full-time legal assistant for the Scarlett Law Group. She works extensively on the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Litigation and assists in managing the firm's documents and records. Stanford Law
Mr. Law has been with Scarlett Law Group as a Network Consultant since March 2001. Since then the firm's network has been completely reworked with the addition of newer workstations and a new file server and maintaining the web/email server running Microsoft Exchange. Mr. Law has also set up the TrialWorks software with scanners, email and accounting software integration which is an integral part of day-to-day operation of the firm. Ms. George obtained her MBA in Accounting from Rice University and her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. She became a Certified Public Accountant while working as a healthcare management consultant/auditor at Ernst & Whinney in San Francisco. Ms. George has had extensive experience in financial forecasting, and she has participated in numerous installations of computerized models for budgeting and capital planning. At Scarlett Law Group, she has responsibility for oversight and maintenance of financial records. Deborah M. Swann
Ms. Swann is the Scarlett Law Group Firm Administrator.
Ronnie
Ronnie is currently attending Paralegal School at San Francisco State University. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Francisco State University. She has been doing paralegal work since she began pursuing her undergraduate degree in the areas of plaintiff and defense personal injury, civil litigation, and Workers' Compensation. She is eager to continue to explore the field of law and gain legal experience in the Scarlett Law Group.
