Motorists tend to anticipate the presence of pedestrians in certain areas and at certain times, but few people would expect to see someone walking across an interstate. When someone makes a mistake in this regard, it almost always leads to a crash. Police are still investigating the incident and no arrests have been made at this point.

Most people have become aware of the dangers of texting while driving. Clearly, this activity draws a person's eyes away from the road and creates danger. Tragically, this activity contributed to the death of a little girl in December when she was hit along with her mother and killed in a Rohnert Park pedestrian accident . The mother was seriously injured, and the driver has now been charged with a misdemeanor.

Drinking and driving always creates an unreasonable amount of danger for those who must share the road with a drunk driver. This danger only increases when a suspected San Francisco DUI accident occurs on a bridge, as this only eliminates the potential for escape after a collision. San Francisco is obviously a large city where it would seem that one person could not act in any way that would bring terror to so many different people at any given time. While nothing has yet been proven, it seems that one person did just that over the weekend when a motorist went on what was suspected to be a drunken rampage with his vehicle, hitting and killing one person in a San Francisco pedestrian accident. The man has been arrested and could face serious criminal charges.

When a California car accident occurs in an area crowded with vehicles, it always raises the risk that a chain reaction crash will occur and that the situation could spin wildly and immediately out of control. While there were thankfully no fatalities in a four-vehicle Grass Valley car accident yesterday, three people were sent to the hospital with injuries after an initial crash led to additional collisions.
