Brendan D.S. Way
Brendan D.S. Way has been a member of the team at Scarlett Law Group since
2013. He received his education from Trinity College, where he earned
his BA in Political Science in 2000, and the University of San Francisco
School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2008. His
primary concentrations are international law and intellectual property.
After earning his law degree, Mr. Way was admitted to the California Bar
in 2008. Before he joined Scarlett Law Group, he gained experience working
as a litigation associate on family law and toxic tort cases. He served
as a regional client manager for a leading manufacturer of home improvement
products, where he handled their toxic tort liability. In this capacity,
he oversaw or directly handled 100 or more cases at a time. Additionally,
he also co-chaired the Medicare/MMSEA compliance team at his former firm.
He has also assisted with soft intellectual property (IP) registration,
transactional IP, and expert IP consulting.
Today, Mr. Way uses his substantial defense experience to help further
his clients’ cases, and is a valuable member of the team at Scarlett
